a. Sending the Product to the return address (costs approximately €4.00 – €7.00, at the Consumer’s expense)

3. When returning Products, all items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with labels still attached, and including any product packaging and dust bags.

4. The processing of a return may take up to 14 business days. The refund will become visible depending on the payment method used.
